An annual rate of $300 provides you with a live link to your site so that visitors can click through to have immediate access to your community.

If you want first page placement, we charge $75 a month. If you want to advertise closer to home, an additional $50 will give you placement on the individual state page where your community is located. We accept participation from both site-built communities and manufactured home communities.
